Refund policy

At Treats on a Leash, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

Unused Toys: Return any unused toy for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the toy is in its original condition with tags attached.

Unopened Pet Food: Unopened pet food can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a different product or size.

Opened Pet Food: If your pet is unsatisfied with an opened bag of food, you may exchange it for a different product within 14 days of purchase.

Used, Dirty, or Chewed Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any used, dirty, chewed, or destroyed items.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us or visit the store for assistance.
